wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\">In cooperation with the Legal Clinic of the University of Roma Tre, the project &#8220;Oruka &#8211; Beyond the border&#8221; organized the self-training event for researchers, experts and legal practitioners &#8220;The new Frontex regulation and the agency&#8217;s extended powers: possible perspectives for strategic litigation&#8221;.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim of the workshop was to facilitate a debate on the new Frontex Regulation, which radically redesigns the agency in terms of its legal nature, organisational structure, budget and means, thus making Frontex a key player in the future migration and asylum policies of the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Highly qualified international experts have shared knowledge, experience and legal opinions, also with a view to possible future strategic litigations before national, European and international courts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-spacer aligncenter kt-block-spacer-_4b4e11-b0\"><div class=\"kt-block-spacer kt-block-spacer-halign-left\" style=\"height:20px\"><hr
