Hundreds of people are blocked, other hundreds are scattered in the woods without assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The network \u201cRiVolti ai Balcani\u201d &#8211; including of over 36 entities and individuals engaged in the protection of human rights and the fundamental principles of the Italian Constitution and European and international norms \u2013 brings forward its requests to the European Union, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the EU delegation to the High Representative in Bosnia Herzegovina, the International Organization for Migration, the Council of Ministries of Bosnia Herzegovina, the authorities of the Una Sana Canton and the Biha\u0107 Municipality, the authorities of the country\u2019s two Entities \u2013 the Federation and Republika Srpska:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>find an <strong>immediate solution<\/strong> to the current humanitarian emergency in the Biha\u0107 area and Bosnia Herzegovina in general;<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>define <strong>long-term solutions<\/strong> equipping Bosnia Herzegovina with and effective refugee reception and protection system;<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>enact a <strong>humanitarian evacuation programme<\/strong> aimed at placing the migrants in all the countries of the European Union.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-text-align-center
